What is Journey?

The aim of Vocaza Journey is simple 👉 to enable you to identify your customers at risk, to understand what improvements you could implement to satisfy (and therefore keep) your customers and to get new ones!

Our platform enables you to:

  • track customer journeys by bringing together related satisfaction surveys;
  • solicit your customers by email to respond to your survey;
  • automatically collect and analyse the responses and provide you with all the information you need to understand where your strengths and weaknesses lie!

For the analysis, Vocaza Journey  uses quantitative data (satisfaction score (CSAT), recommendation score (NPS), etc.) and semantic analysis (identification of themes, tone, feelings, etc.) of customer comments to understand their opinion as well as possible by asking them as few questions as possible.
