New Features

At-risk Contacts – Tracking

The At-risk Contacts screen now includes new indicators for improved management and monitoring.
You can track in real time:

  • The total number of contacts to be processed and the number still pending,

  • The amount of at-risk revenue associated with the contacts to be processed, as well as the remaining amount to be handled.

This information provides a clear overview of progress and helps prioritize actions efficiently for the affected customers.

At-risk Contacts – Export

It is now possible to export the complete list of at-risk contacts, including their processing status (To be processed / Processed).
This new option makes it easier to share and track follow-up or retention actions outside of Journey.
