Custom contact metadata

Journey continues to evolve to better adapt to your business needs with the ability to create custom metadata for your contacts, in addition to the standard metadata available by default.

You can now:

  • Create your own contact fields (text, value lists, etc.) based on your internal use cases;

  • Enrich your contacts with information specific to your activity (segment, contract, offer, customer typology, etc.);

  • Import your contacts already enriched with custom metadata.

These custom metadata complement the standard metadata and are fully integrated into Journey.

Custom metadata can be used to filter and analyze your survey dashboards.

This enhancement allows you to better contextualize customer feedback and obtain more detailed insights, without increasing the complexity of survey configuration.

Fixes

We have resolved several issues to improve the stability and consistency of the system:

  • Fixed an issue preventing email previews from displaying correctly;

  • Fixed a malfunction affecting the “Improve your text with AI” feature in emails;

  • Fixed an error occurring when switching surveys in dashboards.
