At Risk Contacts – Processing by Consultants
Processing at-risk contacts is now available for users with the Consultant role.
Consultants can now:

Access responses identified as at risk (NPS detractor, CSAT dissatisfied, CES high effort, or risk-related comment) for all surveys assigned to them,
-
Directly process these responses by marking a contact as handled with a single click,
-
Track the progress of their ongoing actions.
This enhancement strengthens collaboration with your teams and enables more responsive management of at-risk contacts.
At Risk Contacts – Advanced Tracking for Administrators and Experts
Users with the Administrator or Expert role now benefit from additional tracking capabilities to better monitor actions taken:

Date of the last action performed on each at-risk contact,
-
Name of the user who processed the contact.
This advanced tracking provides full traceability of all actions carried out on at-risk contacts.
