Is it possible to change the broadcast scenario and reminders?
Modification of the ‘First solicitation’ sequence:
The first solicitation sequence cannot be deleted.
The medium used to send it (e-mail) can be changed at any time.
To modify the e-mail solicitation :
- Click on the pencil icon to the right of the e-mail,
- Make the changes in the e-mail editor,
- Publish the e-mail so that the changes are taken into account for future mailings.
Changing the date of a dunning notice :
From a dunning sequence :
- Click on the 3 dots menu and ‘Modify dunning notice’,
- In the ‘Configure dunning sequence’ window, adjust the date in number of days after the first solicitation.
💡Note:
- The date of a reminder is always set according to the number of days elapsed after the first solicitation,
- Adding or modifying a reminder date only applies to lists currently being broadcast if the new date has not already passed in relation to the first solicitation sequence.
Deleting a dunning sequence
From a dunning sequence :
- Click on the three-dot menu and select ‘Delete sequence’,
- Confirm or cancel the deletion in the window that opens.
Consequences of deleting a reminder sequence :
- The reminder links already sent remain active and can still be used to complete the survey,
- Scheduled follow-up invitations are automatically cancelled.
When the broadcast scenario is modified (by adding, deleting or modifying a reminder), it is cancelled and completely rescheduled.
This rescheduling automatically adjusts the reminders if one of them was initially scheduled to fall on a Sunday. This is because Journey does not send emails on Sundays (see How do I send invitations?).
