How to monitor the delivery of invitations?
Vocaza Journey allows you to track your campaign delivery in real time, both at the global level of the distribution list and individually for each contact.
Track delivery for a contact list

Access the distribution list

Check the “Delivery” block, which presents the following key indicators:

Emails sent: Total number of emails sent;

Errors: Number of emails not delivered due to technical errors or bounces (e.g., full mailbox, server issue, invalid or non-existent email address);

Delivered: Number of emails successfully delivered to your respondents' inboxes;

Opened: Number of emails opened by your respondents (only one open is counted per email, even if opened multiple times);

Responses: Number of respondents who fully or partially completed the survey. The percentage is calculated based on the number of recipients who received at least one email.

View the delivery scenario of the list: click on “View delivery scenario” to check:

The scheduled date for each sequence;

The actual date the emails were sent.

Track delivery for a specific contact

Access contact events: in the “Action” column of the distribution list, click the three-dot menu next to the contact and select “View events”.

Review delivery events: for each sending sequence, the following events are displayed along with their corresponding dates:

Scheduled: The email is planned to be sent at a specific date and time;

Sent: The email has been handed off to the sending service;

Error: The email could not be sent or was rejected (e.g., invalid address, full inbox, bounce). Details are shown if available (type of bounce);

Delivered: The email was accepted by the recipient’s mail server;

Opened: The email was opened by the recipient;

Clicked: The recipient clicked the invitation link in the email;

Complaint: The recipient marked the email as spam or junk mail.
