How do I know if an action is having an effect on my indicators?

To find out whether the actions implemented in your company are bearing fruit, we have designed the Evolution screen, available via the Dashboards menu .

This tab contains the following 4 widgets:

  • Tone evolution by theme: here you'll find the 10 most detected themes, sorted by number of detections, as well as the evolution of their average tone via coloured boxes. A green box indicates a positive tone (customers speak well of it), a red box indicates a negative tone. The shade of colour allows you to quickly identify whether a theme on which you have taken action is improving or not.
  • Recommendation Evolution (NPS) : this widget displays changes in NPS over time, allowing you to see whether your customers are tending to recommend you more or less overtime.
  • Satisfaction Evolution (CSAT): this widget displays the evolution of the satisfaction rate over time, allowing you to see whether your customers tend to be more or less satisfied with your services over time.
  • Effort Level Evolution (CES): this widget displays the evolution of the CES over time, allowing you to see if your customers tend to find your services more or less complicated to use over time.

Filters allow you to specify where you want to focus your analysis.

Only indicators corresponding to questions included in the latest published version of the survey are displayed.

For example, if none of the project's published surveys contain an Recommendation (NPS) question, the ‘Recommendation Evolution (NPS)’ widget will not be displayed.
