New features
Display conditions based on contact metadata
It is now possible to dynamically hide or display pages, questions, text blocks, and links to review websites based on contact metadata.
This enhancement allows surveys and forms to be further personalized according to the respondent profile:
- Product or service,
- Site or branch,
- Customer type,
- Segment,
- Offer or contract,
- Or any other custom metadata.
This feature complements the existing display condition mechanisms based on participant responses, enabling even more tailored and contextualized survey journeys.
Improvements
Personal data protection in comments
To strengthen awareness around personal data protection, an informational message (customizable) is now displayed to respondents, encouraging them not to enter personal or sensitive information in free-text comments.
Fixes
We have resolved several issues:
- URL distribution – Respondent pagination: Fixed a pagination issue in the “URL Distribution” tab causing incorrect respondent display.
- Contact import – CNIL / GDPR link: Fixed an invalid link to the CNIL website in the GDPR information displayed during contact import.
