To further enhance your experience, we have introduced the following improvements:

Survey Logo Size Customization

You can now customize the size of your logo displayed in surveys, allowing better alignment with your brand identity and improved visual consistency across your questionnaires.

Personal Data Retention Period Customization

The retention period for personal data can now be configured between 1 month and 60 months.
The retention period is calculated starting from the date of the last contact import, providing greater flexibility and compliance with your data governance and GDPR requirements.

Automation of Actions When a Contact at Risk Is Detected

It is now possible to automatically trigger actions in real time when a contact at risk or a risky response is detected.

Depending on your needs, you can, for example:

  • Automatically send an email,

  • Post a message in Microsoft Teams,

  • Create a ticket in Trello,

  • Or trigger any other action via a connected tool.

These automations enable faster and more effective handling of at-risk situations. The Vocaza teams can support you in defining and setting up these automation scenarios.

Fixes

We have fixed the following issue to improve stability and consistency:

  • Unsubscribe Page Display
    Fixed a display issue affecting the text “Powered by Vocaza” on the contact unsubscribe page.

  • Survey and Form Publication
    Fixed a bug that prevented the publication of a survey or form when the first page contained only a text field.
