Improvements

To enhance your user experience, we have made the following improvements:

  • English interface enhancements:
    We’ve improved the quality of the English interface to provide a smoother experience for non-French-speaking users:

    • Better translations across the interface for improved clarity and consistency;

    • Survey templates are now displayed in English;

    • Default content for invitation emails is also available in English.

  • Technical optimization:
    We’ve implemented technical improvements to enhance application responsiveness and increase the reliability of key processes such as contact imports and email sending.

Fixes

We’ve resolved several issues to strengthen the system’s stability and performance:

  • Mobile display – NPS Recommendation question: A display issue with the NPS scale labels on mobile devices has been fixed to ensure better readability.

  • CSAT with criteria – Clickability issue: CSAT questions with criteria, and subsequent questions, were sometimes not clickable for respondents. This bug has been fixed.

  • CES question – Color and scale display: The color scheme and custom scale for CES (Customer Effort Score) questions were not always displayed correctly. This issue has now been resolved.
