How to modify a form?

You can change the content of a form at any time, in the same way as for surveys.

❗Modifying a form that has already received responses is not trivial. Depending on the changes made, the results may be biased. A message to this effect is displayed each time a published survey is modified.

If a respondent has already started to enter answers on a form and returns to it after a new version has been published, or if a respondent is in the process of answering a form while a new version is being published, a message informs him or her that the form has been updated and the new form is displayed. Any answers they may have made in the previous version are deleted.
