How to manage users in Vocaza Journey?
User management can be performed from the User page, which is accessible via the Users menu.
Only users with the Customer Experience Expert profile can view and manage users.
- Access the details of a user by clicking on their name.
- Delete a user by clicking the trash bin icon at the end of the row.
- Create a new user by clicking the Create User button.
The last action date of each user in Journey is displayed.
The currently logged-in user is not shown in the list.
