How to create a user?

Here are the step-by-step instructions for creating a user:

1. Go to the user management page from the Users menu.
   ⚠️ Only Customer Experience Experts have access to this menu.

2. Click on the Create User button.

3. Enter the user's name, surname, email address, and role

Once this final step is completed, the user can log in to Vocaza Journey after receiving the account creation confirmation email by:

• Initialising their account via the Initialise/Reset Account link.
• Using login through a supported identity provider.
