How do you send out invitations?

Sending e-mail invitations to your respondents is a key step in collecting feedback. Here's how to do it:

Mailing list and importing contacts

To send invitations, you first need to prepare your mailing list. Import your contacts directly into the tool, respecting the required formats.

  1. Go to the Mailing list tab, then to the Mailing lists screen
  2. In the Imported sub-tab, click on the mailing list to display the details.
  3. Finally, click on the Invite button.

❗Sending invitations is only available when the survey and initial solicitation email for the broadcast scenario are published. Make sure that these elements are finalised before proceeding to send invitations.

Sending time slots

Invitations can be sent at predefined times to optimise deliverability:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 7pm (GMT+1)
  • Saturday: 10am to 6pm (GMT+1)

All times defined in Journey are GMT+1 (Paris time).

Invite immediately

If you want to send your invitations immediately, use the ‘Send invitations now’ function. Your contacts will receive the invitations as soon as possible, taking into account the time slots you have set.

Schedule invitations

If you prefer to set a specific time for sending the invitations, you can use the ‘Schedule invitations’ function. You can choose the date and time, always respecting the predefined time slots.
