How do I modify a survey?

You can change the content of your surveys at any time. To do this :

  1. go to the project page,
  2. click on the survey you wish to modify
  3. in the General tab, Survey block, click on the icon

This takes you to the survey editor with the latest version of your survey. You can now add, delete or modify its content. As soon as you publish your new version :

  • respondents who click on the survey access button will access the new version, whether the invitation email was sent before or after publication.
  • the dashboards will be updated to display only the indicators present in the latest published version. Example: you had a survey with a CES. If you remove the CES in your new published version, the CES indicator will no longer be displayed in the dashboard. The data remains available and usable via the reporting tool.

❗Modifying a survey that has already received responses is not trivial. Depending on the changes made, the results may be biased. A message to this effect is displayed each time a published survey is modified.

If a respondent has already started to enter responses to a survey and returns to it after the publication of a new version, or if a respondent is in the process of answering a survey while a new version is being published, a message will be displayed indicating that the survey has been updated and the new survey will be displayed. Any answers the respondent may have made in the previous version are deleted.
