How can you adapt your survey according to the responses you receive thanks to the page display conditions?
The page display conditions allow you to adapt the content of your survey so that only the pages required by the respondent are displayed.

How can I do this?
To choose to display or hide a question depending on the answer to other questions, go to the survey editor, then :- click on the ‘Page display conditions’ icon in the left-hand menu
- select the question for which you wish to configure a display condition;
- tick the ‘Display only if...’ option and :
- select the page containing the condition question ;
- select the question ;
- select the operator from ‘Is’ or ‘Is not’ ;
- select the value from :
- for a recommendation question (NPS): detractor, neutral or promoter ;
- for a satisfaction question (CSAT): unsatisfied, neutral, satisfied;
- for an effort question (CES): high effort, medium effort, low effort;
- for a choice question: one of the choices in the question.
It is not possible to condition a page according to the answer to a question located downstream in the survey.
It is also not possible to condition the first and last pages of the survey.
Comments cannot be used as a condition
Complex cases
For more complex cases, you can condition a page according to the answer to several questions. To do this, you can use :- several conditions within the same group. The operator between the conditions will always be the same (AND or OR).
- Several groups of conditions. The operator between the groups will always be the same (AND or OR).
Simulation
You can test your display conditions by switching to preview mode and browsing your survey.
Error handling
If a condition is incomplete, you see :- in the ‘Page display condition’ screen at the top right of the page block, the words ‘This page has an incomplete display condition’ ;
- an alert icon in the page thumbnail ;
- the text ‘Incomplete display conditions’ in the survey header.
