Distributing a survey via URL or QR Code

You can distribute a survey without sending emails, using a unique collection URL or a QR Code.
Responses collected through this channel are anonymous, meaning they are not linked to any identified contact.

🔗 Two available formats

• Standard URL – a full link you can copy and share freely (on a website, in an email, a signature, or an SMS).

• QR Code – available in PNG (image format) or SVG (vector format, ideal for print materials and infographics).

Tracking

Once your survey is shared, you can monitor its performance directly from your dashboard:

• Survey displays → Total number of times the survey was opened via the URL or QR Code.

• Partial responses → Number of respondents who started answering the survey (as soon as one question is filled).

• Validated responses → Number of respondents who fully completed and submitted the survey.
