Activate Google Reviews collection

To activate the collection and management of your Google reviews in Vocaza Journey, you need to contact the support team.

Activation steps:

  1. Provide the Vocaza support team with the Google Business profile(s) you want to connect, specifying the desired semantic analysis plan for each;

  2. You will then receive an email inviting you to authorize Vocaza Journey to access your Google reviews;

  3. Once the authorization is granted, your reviews are automatically synchronized within Vocaza Journey.

👉 At any time, you can revoke this authorization from your Google Business account. Review synchronization will then be immediately stopped.

This approach ensures a secure connection that complies with Google’s requirements, while giving you full control over the access you grant.
