Personal data is retained by default for 36 months from the contact’s last import.
The retention period can be customized by Administrators from the Administration > Settings screen, with a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 60 months.
For example, for a retention period of 36 months, if you import the contact John Doe on 01/01/2024, his data will expire on 01/01/2027. In the meantime, you re-import the contact John Doe on 01/11/2014 to contact him again, and his personal data will expire on 01/11/2027.
For each contact, you can find the expiry date of their personal data on the contact form (contact menu).
