How do I view a contact form?
The contact record is the page on which you can view a contact's details and the history of their requests and responses, whatever the project or survey concerned.
Access
To access a contact record, you need to :
- Access the list of contacts via the Contacts menu.
- Click on the desired contact.
Contents
The contact record contains :
- the first and last name of the contact;
- the contact'unique identifier;
- the last email address used for the contact;
- the expiry date of the contact's personal data;
- an Unsubscribed indicator if the contact has clicked on the unsubscribe link displayed in emails;
- the list of email addresses used for this contact in the various contact imports;
- the history of the contact's requests and responses.
Solicitation history
The solicitation history allows you to view all the solicitations made by the contact within a project. For each line, you can see :
- Invitation date (media send date)

Response status (answered, not answered, partially answered)

Response date (survey completion date or date of last answer for the "partially answered" status)

Survey in which the contact was invited to participate
💡 Clicking on a solicitation row displays the response details.
Unsubscribe
Each email sent contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
When the contact clicks on the link, this indicates that they have been unsubscribed. The contact is then excluded from all imports, whatever the project.
