What is a Journey data collection form?
Vocaza Journey makes it possible to collect data outside the framework of a customer journey.
To do this, we've created the concept of Forms. Each form has its own survey and distribution rules.
💡 Data collected on each form can be exported in CSV format for analysis in Excel or other data processing tools.
❗Please note: the forms do not allow the use of dashboards, only the export of collected data is possible.
