What are the possible roles?

There are two roles within Journey:

  • customer experience experts: these users can:
    • Create, modify, and delete all surveys/forms and associated data.
    • Create reports and view them (they can only see their own).
    • Manage users.
    • View dashboards for all projects and associated interactions.
  • consultants: these users can:
    • View the dashboards of surveys they have rights to.
