Semantic analysis improvement
The question label is now included in our AI’s semantic analysis of responses, making tone detection (positive or negative) more accurate.
New "Hospitality" thematic plan
We delivered a new thematic plan dedicated to the hospitality and outdoor hospitality sectors.
Dashboard Filter Improvements
Dashboard filters are now saved per user, regardless of the browser or device being used. Filters are tied to the selected customer journey or survey.
Fixes
We fixed this issue:
- Collapsed navigation menu: The "Evolution" option was not visible when the left menu was collapsed 👉 This has been fixed.
