New features
New "Social housing" thematic model
A new thematic model dedicated to the social housing sector is now available in the semantic analysis module.
This model enables more detailed analysis of tenant comments by automatically identifying key themes specific to this sector, such as:
- Property condition,
- Repairs and renovations,
- Facilities and equipment,
- Communication with the housing provider,
- Move-in and move-out inspections,
- Quality of support and assistance.
This sector-specific analysis provides a deeper understanding of tenant expectations and highlights areas for improvement.
Improvements
Display conditions – Moving a conditional page
When moving a conditional page to the first position in a survey, a warning message now informs users of the consequences of this action.
If the page contains display conditions based on answers to other questions, those conditions cannot be preserved when the page is placed before the questions they depend on. Users are therefore informed that these conditions will be removed before confirming the move.
Fixes
We have resolved several issues:
- Display conditions: Fixed an issue that occurred when canceling the move of a page containing a conditional question. The page is now correctly restored to its original position.
- End page: Fixed an issue preventing the title and description of the end page from being displayed in preview mode and to respondents.
- Contact import: Fixed a contact counting issue. Contact updates and enrichments are now correctly included in the counters displayed during import.
- User management: Fixed an issue related to the display of available actions. Users with the Expert role can no longer view or access the "Delete User" action for Administrator accounts.
