You can now personalize emails and surveys using contact metadata.
Automatically insert information such as the respondent's first name, last name, location, branch, contract number, or any other standard or custom metadata into:
- Emails: subject line, invitation emails, and reminder emails.
- Surveys and forms: survey title, page titles and descriptions, question text, answer choices, text blocks, and any other textual content.
This feature enables you to create fully personalized communications and surveys, delivering a more engaging and contextualized experience for every respondent.
