Contact import – Custom metadata management
The contact import process has evolved to provide greater flexibility and autonomy in managing your data.
You can now:
-
Create custom metadata directly during the field matching step, without leaving the import process.

-
Edit the values of list-type metadata during the matching step, allowing you to adjust or complete your reference lists in real time.

-
Configure the distribution when performing a manual import:
-
immediate sending,
-
or scheduled sending via an integrated calendar.
-

Semantic analysis
Semantic analysis is enhanced with new capabilities:
-
A new industry-specific theme plan dedicated to the hospitality sector, covering both traditional hotels and outdoor hospitality. This thematic plan enables more detailed analysis tailored to the specific challenges of the sector.
-
The ability to modify the thematic plan of a survey already in production, with the option to reanalyze all existing comments. This operation requires intervention from our team: please contact support to benefit from this feature.
