New features
Evolution of question types
We are evolving question types to provide more flexibility in survey design and improve the respondent experience.
Single and multiple choice questions – Dropdown display
It is now possible to display single and multiple choice questions as a dropdown list.
This display mode is particularly suited for questions with a large number of options, providing a more compact interface and improved readability for respondents.
Satisfaction question with a single criterion
Satisfaction questions with criteria have been enhanced to support measurement based on a single criterion.
This improvement allows for more precise analysis of a specific touchpoint or service, while also offering a new layout option better suited to this use case.
Custom scale question
It is now possible to create questions based on a fully custom scale.
You can define values, labels, and the structure of the scale according to your business needs and internal KPIs.
Contact import – Date format
It is now possible to define the date format when importing contacts.
This enhancement improves file handling and helps avoid date interpretation errors during import.
Fixes
We have resolved several issues:
- Automatic import – Distribution rules: Fixed an issue preventing changes to distribution rules from being saved.
- Automatic import – Metadata: Fixed a malfunction causing loss of manually matched metadata after modifying an automatic import.
- Dashboards – Period comparison: Fixed an issue affecting period comparison in dashboards.
