Improvements

 We have improved the display of multi-criteria satisfaction (CSAT) questions on mobile and tablet.
Scales and labels are now better adapted to smaller screens, providing smoother readability and a more comfortable response experience for your respondents.

Fixes

We have resolved several issues related to data exports:

  • The presence of a semicolon ( ; ) in the survey name, question titles, or answer choices caused line breaks in the export. This issue has been fixed.

  • Line breaks in the labels of multi-criteria CSAT questions also caused broken lines in the export. This issue has been fixed.
