How to view respondents' comments?

Comments can be accessed via the Dashboards > Comments menu.

For each comment, you can:

• see the overall tone of the comment, which can be:
  • positive if all the comment is positive;
  • neutral if the comment is neither positive nor negative;
  • negative if all the comment is negative;
  • mixed if the comment contains positive, negative and/or neutral parts
• visually identify verbatims on which our semantic analysis engine has identified a theme and the associated tone (highlighted in green for positive, grey for neutral or red for negative). When hovered over, the theme detected is displayed.

Clicking on a line displays the respondent's full response.

As with any dashboard page, you can use the filters to restrict the comments displayed according to certain criteria.
