How to obtain a list of your dissatisfied or detractor clients?
To get a list of your dissatisfied clients, follow these steps:
- Go to the results export section.
- Select the project or interactions to export.
- Apply either of the following filters:
- NPS: Select Detractors.
- CSAT: Select Dissatisfied.
- Initiate the export in CSV format.
You will receive a file containing only the detractor or dissatisfied clients, along with their responses and metadata for targeted analysis or actions.
