How to obtain a list of your dissatisfied or detractor clients?

To get a list of your dissatisfied clients, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the results export section.
  2. Select the project or interactions to export.
  3. Apply either of the following filters:
    1. NPS: Select Detractors.
    2. CSAT: Select Dissatisfied.
  4. Initiate the export in CSV format.

You will receive a file containing only the detractor or dissatisfied clients, along with their responses and metadata for targeted analysis or actions.
