How does distribution work?

A survey is distributed:

1. by following the solicitation scenario;
2. on imported and valid contacts;
3. by excluding contacts :
   
   • who have unsubscribed;
   • or who have reported an e-mail as Undesirable.

When a respondent does not reply to a request (has not validated the survey), the respondent is recontacted during the next reminder, if one exists.
