How are my contacts’ personal data anonymized?
In accordance with the GDPR*, contacts whose data retention period has expired are automatically anonymized.
What does this mean?

The anonymization action is permanent and irreversible.

Survey responses are retained for statistical analysis.

The following personally identifiable data are deleted and replaced in the interface with the label “Anonymized”:

Contact ID

First name

Last name
-
Gender

Phone number

Date of birth

⚠️ Important consequences

It is not possible to re-import a contact who has been unsubscribed and anonymized.

Anonymized responses remain accessible for global analytics.

Anonymized at-risk contacts cannot be processed.
