Can you customise the sender domain of emails?

Yes, it is now possible to have, depending on your license :

• a sub-domain of one of the domains offered by Vocaza Journey (e.g. mycompany.vocaza.com) ;
• your own domain name (e.g. mycompany.com). 

Sub-domains

The sub-domain is the easiest to set up. Simply ask us for the sub-domain you'd like to use via the contact form, and we'll take care of everything! Once the settings have been made, we'll let you know as soon as it's ready for use in Vocaza Journey..

Domain names

If you want to use your own domain name, you need to send us a request via the contact form, specifying the complete domain. Once we've added the domain name, we'll let you know what you need to add to your DNS. Once this has been done, the domain name will be accessible in Vocaza Journey.
